About the Role

In this position, you will become a key contact point for farmers and colleagues across the country. You will work with supporting, guiding, and resolving issues related to digital tools and systems used in daily farm operations.

Working days are varied; sometimes it involves quickly helping someone along, and other times it involves diving into more complex issues where you can use both your experience and problem-solving skills.

You will have daily contact with users via phone and email, becoming a reassuring voice for many who need support in their operations. In addition, you may contribute to development projects and internal improvement initiatives.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have a genuine connection to agriculture and who understand the daily life on a farm.

You might, for example, have education as a farm manager or an agronomist specializing in livestock – or have acquired equivalent knowledge through practical work. Experience in dairy or meat production is highly valuable.

We also believe that you:

• Are accustomed to meeting people and building trust
• Have good computer skills and feel comfortable in various digital systems
• Communicate clearly and simply, both verbally and in writing in Swedish
• Are solution-oriented and enjoy figuring out answers when things are not obvious

To thrive in this role, you need to be calm, pedagogical, and patient, knowing that not everyone has the same prerequisites when it comes to technology.

• Full-time, permanent (with an initial probationary period)
• Location in the Mälardalen region, with some possibility for remote work
