Direkt Optik is part of nexeye and has 38 stores in Sweden. In addition to Direkt Optik, nexeye includes the brands Hans Anders in the Netherlands and Belgium (400 stores) as well as Eyes+More with no fewer than 200 stores in Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, and Sweden. Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations

• Be attentive to customer needs and wishes

• Suggest improvement measures

• Work according to the routines established for the store

• Assemble glasses and perform minor repairs

• Maintain order and tidiness

Qualifications

• Experience from retail work is an advantage

• You have good communication skills and enjoy sales

• You have an aesthetic eye and can professionally sell frames for all occasions

• You have previous experience in retail

Experience from the optical industry is an advantage.

You are an orderly, positive person who enjoys giving advice, selling, and working with people. You are driven by sales and creating good profitability. You enjoy spreading energy and a good atmosphere around you. You have strong social competence and are attentive to customer needs.

The position is a full-time/part-time position of 23 hours/week, with fixed schedule times. Shift changes or covering shifts due to illness may occur. During a period in the summer, you will work 100 %.
