We are looking for a booking agent who speaks Norwegian
Installasjonpartner is brand new in Norway – but the concept is proven. Since 2020, we in Sweden (as IPIS) have helped over 150,000 customers with charging stations, electrical installations, and plumbing services, and now we are taking what we have learned and launching in Norway. With Mittanbud – Norway's leading marketplace for crafts and renovation services – behind us, and as part of Mittanbud Marketplaces (the Nordics' largest group of home service marketplaces, operating in four countries), we have all the prerequisites to build something truly great.
This is a rare opportunity: a startup where you get to shape work methods, customer journeys, and culture from the beginning – but with the weight and resources of an established Nordic corporation behind you. We are now looking for you who want to be part of the journey from day one!
About the roleYou will become part of our established sales team in Uppsala – a strong team that has worked together for a long time and has broad knowledge from the years we have built up the concept since 2020. Here you will receive ongoing support, training, and a secure platform to learn quickly on, both from the colleagues on site and from us who are leading the initiative in Norway.
You will have the first contact with our customers and book electrical installations and plumbing services, etc. The phone is your most important work tool, but you also handle emails and other types of incoming customer inquiries.
The work is varied but primarily involves coordinating, selling our solutions, and providing our customers with professional service, support, and advice through incoming calls and emails.

- Fluent in spoken and written Norwegian, Swedish, and preferably also English
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service towards Norwegian customers is an advantage
To thrive in the role, we are looking for someone who is social, communicative, and enjoys learning things. No previous experience is required – we are looking for the right person for our team, but experience working at a high pace is a plus. We value your personality!
