About the job

At our customer center, you will become an important part of the team and one of the first points of contact our customers have with us. You will answer emails and calls, assist with various inquiries, and ensure that our customers receive fast and efficient service. The work is primarily carried out in our systems, and you will receive excellent support from your colleagues – we are a team of eight people who help each other and have a great atmosphere at work.

The position is based at our headquarters in Skellefteå, and working hours are weekdays during the day.

Who are you?

You enjoy providing good service, are solution-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You are comfortable communicating with people, both by phone and email, and you are not afraid to take initiative and responsibility.

You are detail-oriented, flexible, and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without losing structure.

We believe you have

• Good computer skills
• Good command of Swedish and English
• Experience in customer service is a plus, but not a requirement
