Are you a structured and responsible operating room nurse who wants influence over your work situation? Then this could be the right next step for you.

About Us

At Aleris, you will work in a specialized, cutting-edge operation. We are a leading player in orthopedics in Sweden, with operations in several locations and a particularly strong position in spine surgery.

At Sabbatsberg Hospital, we run a dynamic and broad surgical operation with a focus on orthopedics – from cruciate ligament surgery to hand, foot, and shoulder surgery. We also work with other specialties such as gynecology, robotic surgery, ENT, maxillofacial surgery, bariatrics, and plastic surgery.

Here, you will encounter a varied daily routine where no two days are alike.

You will become part of an engaged team of over 20 colleagues working in bright, modern premises in central Stockholm. We have short decision-making paths and a culture where your voice counts – here you have the opportunity to influence both your own workday and the development of the operation.

Work-life balance is important to us:

  • Working hours: Monday–Thursday, 07:00–17:00

  • Fridays off

  • No on-call duties or standby

  • Closed on weekends, public holidays, during summer, and around Christmas/New Year

The Role

As an operating room nurse with us, you will have a varied and developing job where you participate in a wide range of surgical procedures. You are given the opportunity to broaden your competence – and also deepen your knowledge in areas that interest you.

We encourage initiative and development, and we would be pleased if you want to contribute to shaping the future of care together with us.

Our Offer

As an employee at Aleris, you have access to a range of different benefits that support you both in your working life and privately. We strive to create the best possible conditions for you to thrive and develop. Read more about our benefits here.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a registered nurse with specialist training in operating room care

  • Has at least 2 years of experience in the profession

As a person, you are secure, positive, and responsible. You thrive in a team but also work independently when required. You have a professional approach, value the patient's experience, and contribute to high quality in care.

We would be pleased if you have an interest in development work and want to contribute to a modern and efficient operation.
