As a salesperson here, you work closely with both our customers and our internal colleagues. You drive business from the initial greeting to a satisfied customer, build long-term relationships, and contribute to our continued growth. In short: you are a key player on the team.
The role is varied and includes everything from customer dialogues and prospecting to quote preparation, follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.
What you will do:Catch business opportunities and drive them all the way to completion (with a high-five feeling upon closing!)
Create and develop relationships with both new and existing customers via phone, email, digital, and in-person meetings
Prepare quotes and tailor solutions that truly fit the customer's needs
Ensure that our customers feel seen, heard, and well taken care of over time
Collaborate closely with internal teams for delivery, support, and further development of our offerings
Work towards clear sales targets and keep track of activities in our CRM system
You have experience in B2B sales
You express yourself effortlessly in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
You are motivated by business, but know that strong relationships are the key to long-term success
You are comfortable with digital tools
You are curious about digital solutions and interested in what AI can contribute to the sales process
You use and plan social media as a natural part of the job – especially LinkedIn
You always want to get better at helping customers in the best possible way
You stand out through your curiosity and drive
Experience in the staffing and recruitment industry
An established network within a relevant market or customer segment
You are social, curious, and enjoy meeting people. You combine business acumen with a genuine interest in the customer's daily life and challenges. You are solution-oriented, structured, and above all, you have a noticeable drive – you maintain a positive mindset even when days don't go entirely according to plan.
You take responsibility when things go well, but also when things go less well. And you know that truly great results are created together.

The position is a permanent employment with an initial probationary period, located in Stockholm with flexibility options. Start date by agreement. Selection is ongoing, so don't wait too long.
