About the Role

As a Sales and Project Manager at Purac, you will play a central role in the execution of our projects – from early stages in sales, bidding, and costing, through to implementation and handover of the completed facility to the customer.

In your daily work, you are responsible for planning, procurement, steering, and coordinating personnel and subcontractors in our projects. You ensure that projects are driven with sound economics, according to schedule, and with high quality and good working conditions. The role involves close collaboration with customers, suppliers, and internal functions, and you work towards both the project's and Purac's overarching goals.

You have access to production costing, our guidance system, as well as support from your manager and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead, and monitor all phases of the project
• Ensure sound economics, schedule, quality, and working environment in projects
• Conduct procurement and coordinate personnel and subcontractors
• Continuously monitor project results regarding costs, time, and logistics
• Ensure that work is carried out according to Purac's routines and current regulations
• Maintain a professional and clear dialogue with customers and partners

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for you who have several years of experience in project management, preferably within water works, wastewater treatment plants, biogas, or similar industrial operations. You thrive with structured working methods, have good collaboration skills, and prioritize safety and working environment.

As a person, you are driven by delivering quality and take responsibility for both the big picture and the details. You are curious, solution-oriented, and eager to learn new areas when needs arise. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are an present leader who communicates clearly and adapts your style to different people and situations.
