Information about the position

Professionals Nord is now launching this successful setup again in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Ventilation Technicians. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the role of Ventilation Technician. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Bravida for at least 18 months. The goal is then for your employment to transfer to Bravida, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Information about the introductory period

The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical moments to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period, you will develop in areas such as:

• Materials and components
• Drawings and system understanding
• Assembly and installation
• Construction process, projects, and contracting
• Planning, working environment, and safety
• Digital tools and documentation

We offer the possibility of study support during the entire introductory period.

Pre-study period: August 3 – 14, 2026

Education: August 17 – November 6, 2026

First day at Bravida: November 9, 2026

Information about the position

The role of ventilation technician in Kiruna means a free and varied daily life with great personal responsibility. You work with assembly, installation, and adaptation of ventilation systems in various types of projects – from construction contracts and industrial environments to service assignments and urban transformation in the Kiruna area.

You plan much of your own work, collaborate with other professional groups, and have contact with both colleagues and customers. You become part of a secure team with good atmosphere and good development opportunities in a stable industry.

The role suits you who like practical work, problem-solving, and freedom under responsibility.

We are looking for you who

• Have turned 18
• Have a high school diploma
• Have a strong interest in making a career change to Ventilation Technician
• Hold a B-driver's license
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
• Have passed tests (MAP & Matrigma)
• Passed background check
