Viljan Solviken is a facility in constant development with close collaboration between all roles in the team. We act actively to continuously develop and improve together.

As a nurse at Solviken, you will have a varied job with changing tasks where you work individually based on the patient's condition. The target group is between 25 and 75 years old. As a nurse, you contribute to increasing the quality of life for the residents, make assessments, and make decisions on actions in acute situations. The work is independent, but you always have access to many competent colleagues in our nursing networks.

The nurses are led by the Operations Manager HSL, who is also a trained nurse, and together they drive the care work at the unit.

A MAS (Special Support Reception) exists regionally, and there are collaboration teams with other nursing assistants from similar companies within the organization.

You plan and lead rounds that take place regularly with psychiatrists and doctors on site.

You have close collaboration with Near Care (Nära Vård) and the rehabilitation team, who visit us regularly.

As a nurse at Viljan Solviken, you have close contact with both patients and the team. To thrive with us, you need to enjoy daily contact with your patients, be an active part of the work group, and lead and distribute nursing tasks with a learning and supervisory approach towards the staff.

As a nurse, you are also responsible for standard tasks such as administering and ensuring medication management at the unit. You drive projects to strengthen care, work in the quality management system, and other relevant quality systems, such as Senior Alert.

You are a licensed nurse and preferably have experience from the target group.

Our work always starts from the needs of our residents, and great importance is therefore attached to personal suitability. As a person, you are responsible, independent, humble, and engaged with the ability to prioritize. You are motivated by creating high-quality care for those living with us together with your colleagues. You are not unfamiliar with close patient contact and actively supporting the team as a whole. Wanting to see new opportunities and perspectives is important for our patients, and as the responsible nurse, you need to be able to formulate goals for each individual patient. Plenty of room for supportive conversations and health talks is offered to our residents.

• Licensed nurse
• Driver’s license (Category B)
• Very good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

• Training as a district nurse and/or psychiatric nurse
• Experience working with co-occurring disorders
• Experience working in private care
