Job Description

As a Project Manager with us, you will have a central and crucial role where you are responsible for coordinating, directing, and planning projects from start to finish. You ensure that projects are carried out with good quality, within agreed timeframes and budget.

In the station business area, we deliver transformer stations to partners such as Svenska kraftnät, Ellevio, Vattenfall, and others. Our assignments also cover larger industrial customers.

The projects are normally carried out as turnkey contracts, where we are responsible for the entire process – from design to ground and construction work, assembly, and commissioning up to the finished facility.

With us, you work closely with our own technical personnel in key roles, which creates good conditions for efficient decision-making and high quality in the projects. As a Project Manager, you have a central role throughout the entire project lifecycle – from the bidding phase to final inspection. You also have great opportunities to influence the project's organization, working methods, and collaboration forms.

Being a successful Project Manager with us means combining strong project management skills with a clear business focus. You have the ability to balance technical and economic aspects while being good at building and maintaining relationships. You are responsible for project coordination, direction, planning, purchasing, and reporting to the extent required to ensure project implementation. You also have responsibility for the work environment and normally act as the BAS-P administrator in our projects.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have the ability to independently lead and drive assignments from planning to finished delivery, with responsibility for goals, follow-up, and results.

A few years of experience working with infrastructure contracting, preferably in a leading position, but also other relevant roles in projects are meritorious.

Good knowledge of ABT 06 and its practical application in matters concerning economics, change and additional work (ÄTA), time control, and distribution of responsibility.

Education in engineering and/or project management, or equivalent competence acquired through work experience.

Very good ability to communicate in a structured and professional manner, both orally and in writing, in Swedish and English.

Category B driver's license.

It is meritorious if you have: Experience of project management for electrical power facilities. Experience of public procurement. Experience of AB-04.

Location

The location for the position is at one of our offices in northern Sweden (Sundsvall, Skellefteå, and Luleå).
