Job Description

We are looking for an experienced case worker to handle interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL), primarily focusing on the elderly and individuals with disabilities. As a case worker, you will be part of a team of 4-5 colleagues. You will primarily work within one specific team but must be prepared to take on tasks from other teams when needed. You will report to the Deputy Section Manager for SoL.

Scope: 100%
Start Date: 2026-06-01
End Date: 2026-08-31 (with possibility of extension until 2026-11-30)

Mandatory Requirements

You hold a degree in Social Work (Social Worker).
You have experience in casework according to the Social Services Act, preferably with a focus on the elderly.
You are capable of independently handling cases according to the Social Services Act (SoL).
You have experience receiving applications, investigating needs, making decisions on interventions, and following up on decided interventions.
You can handle all types of cases, including complex ones.
You quickly adapt to and work efficiently in business systems.
You learn quickly and apply local routines and procedures.

Meritorious Requirements

Experience working in the business system Lifecare Handläggare.
Experience in casework according to the Social Services Act for individuals with disabilities.
