Eccera is now looking for a support technician with at least two years of experience in 2nd line IT support for an assignment with a client in Stockholm who needs to strengthen their 2nd line support.
As a consultant at Eccera, you will receive a secure employment and gain valuable work experience on assignments with our clients. Your consulting manager will support your development, where you continuously gain new experiences and knowledge. It is an excellent opportunity to advance your career.
The assignment is full-time and will continue indefinitely.
Your responsibilities
As a technician within 2nd line support, you will work with receiving and resolving incidents and problems escalated from 1st line. You will work closely with the business, and you will resolve cases via phone, remote, and onsite. Resolving more complex problems using thorough troubleshooting is a major part of the job. You will work with daily installation and service maintenance, security solutions, as well as support work on equipment and in systems and applications such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and Intune.
Your profile and qualifications
To succeed in the role, we see that you have worked for at least two years with similar tasks and within IT for five years. As a person, you have a structured way of thinking with attention to detail. You are technically knowledgeable, a true team player, and speak and write Swedish and English fluently.
Requirements
- Experience with deeper troubleshooting
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure
- Experience with Windows Server 2016 and above – setup and maintenance
- Good understanding of networking
Meritorious
- Experience with various backup solutions
- Experience with virtualization
- Valid driver's license (B)
