To Doktor.se Fridhemsplan Health Centre, we are now looking for an engaged nurse who has experience working at a health centre and wants to become part of our tight-knit team!

About the role

Here, doctors, nurses, district nurses, and psychotherapists work closely together. We have managers who are present and participate in daily work, creating security, involvement, and opportunities to influence. We believe in open dialogue, lack of hierarchy, and that we succeed best when we work together. As a nurse with us, you work in a patient-oriented and evidence-based manner. You have a professional approach and always put the patient first.

Examples of tasks include:

• Standard reception work including handling any acute patient flows
• Counseling and triage via phone and chat
• Teamwork with doctors, district nurses, and psychotherapists regarding patient care and care planning.

About you

We are looking for you who have at least one year of experience in primary care, are confident and responsible in your professional role, and thrive in an innovative and dynamic primary care environment. You are a team player and find it easy to communicate and collaborate. You are confident and independent in your assessments, but have no problem asking for help when needed. You appreciate working in a business where improvement work and development are encouraged.

We place great importance on personal suitability and are looking for you who want to contribute to our positive culture and good working environment. To be considered for the job, you need:

• To be a licensed nurse (with at least one year completed of basic education)
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• At least 1 year of experience working in primary care
• Experience with or familiarity with working in telephone counseling and chat
