Service-Oriented Housekeeping Staff for Wiks Slott (Summer)

Culture and Education is the cultural administration of Region Uppsala, comprising the Art Unit, Culture Development, Region Uppsala Folk High School, the Strategic Unit, and the conference facility Wiks Slott. The Culture Committee serves as the political board for the administration. The goals of Region Uppsala's cultural policy are a rich high-quality art life, high cultural participation, and an attractive living environment. The goal for Wik is to become a destination for nature and culture.

Our Operations

Wiks Slott is in a development phase with the mission to develop the visitor destination Wik. We are located on a historical site featuring a knight's castle from the late 15th century. Wiks Slott and Conference exudes experience, culture, and nature, and we have high demands for good hospitality.

Your Role

The work in Housekeeping at Wiks Slott means you will work in a team with cleaning staff dedicated to ensuring our guests enjoy their stay, remember us, and long to return. We are a facility with a broad offering for our guests, ranging from conferences and meetings to a summer restaurant with à la carte dining and a cozy café during the summer. The team you will work with consists of skilled cleaning professionals who are proud of their profession, their workplace, and passionate about providing the best possible service.

Your Qualifications

• High school education
• Experience with hotel cleaning is preferred
• You speak and write Swedish fluently
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Experience working in the Picasso system is an advantage.

You work well with others, are empathetic, and resolve conflicts constructively.
