About the role
As a kitchen assistant with us, you have an important role in the daily work regarding food, well-being, and structure for our clients. You are responsible for planning, preparing, and serving meals, and contribute to a safe and well-functioning environment in the operation.

The work includes among other things:

• Planning and preparation of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks
• Adapting meals based on allergies, special diets, and cultural needs
• Food handling according to hygiene and safety routines (HACCP)
• Ordering food and receiving deliveries
• Cleaning, tidiness, and self-control in the kitchen
• Collaboration with care staff regarding clients' needs and daily structure

Your experience and knowledge
We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working in a kitchen or large-scale kitchen
• A responsible, structured, and service-oriented personality
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and self-control
• Ability to thrive in collaboration and build good relationships
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing

It is an advantage if you have experience from HVB (residential care), healthcare, or working with adults in need of support.
