About the Role

As a Project Assistant, you will manage deliveries directly to the end customer, keep track of all sub-deliveries, collaborate with the factory and suppliers, handle delivery documentation, update project data in SAP, and support the project manager throughout the entire process.

• Start: Immediately or as agreed

• Employment Type: Fixed-term employment with the possibility of extension or conversion to permanent (full-time)

• Working Hours: Daytime, 40 hours/week

• Location: Västerås

Responsibilities

You are responsible for coordinating parts of the project and supporting project managers in the execution of projects. You prepare materials and assist in project reviews. You update project information in the project management system. You monitor, check, and assist with invoicing requests based on instructions from the project manager.

About You

We are looking for someone who is structured, organized, and accustomed to administrative processes. You thrive in a team environment but can also take independent responsibility for your tasks. To succeed in this role, you need to be detail-oriented, solution-focused, and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have documented experience as a Project Assistant or Junior Project Manager and enjoy juggling many threads without dropping a single screw. You are highly organized, experienced in following up on deliveries and reporting status in a structured manner. You have good collaboration skills with both the factory and suppliers, can handle SAP or similar systems, and work comfortably full-time, 40 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications

It is an advantage if you have post-secondary education in logistics, project management, or industrial economics. If you have previously set up processes for direct delivery to end customers, worked with delivery documentation, or invoicing flows, you are ahead of the curve. Experience from the manufacturing industry, international supplier chains, or work in larger business and project management systems makes you particularly interesting for the role.
