We are looking for a Central Planning Manager for a large-scale industrial project in a strong growth phase. You will become a key figure within Project Control, responsible for creating structure, transparency, and progress in the planning across the entire project.

The role entails overall responsibility for the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and requires close collaboration with various functions and disciplines. You report to central project management and contribute directly to strategic decisions.

• Own, develop, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Ensure uniform planning principles and working methods
• Monitor schedules, deviations, and forecasts
• Identify critical activities, milestones, and risks
• Drive actions related to delays and risks
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) and scenario planning
• Coordinate planning between different project areas
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and decision support materials for management
• Lead and support Planning Leads within the project

• Updated and quality-assured Integrated Master Schedule
• Clear picture of project progress, deviations, and risks
• Regular reports and decision support materials for management
• Identified and managed planning risks
• Strong coordination between the project's various delivery areas

Required Competencies

• Several years of experience in project planning for large industrial or infrastructure projects
• Documented experience with Integrated Master Scheduling (IMS)
• Experience in complex, multidisciplinary project environments
• Good knowledge of Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
• Strong analytical skills and habit of working in a data-driven manner
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and project areas
• Experience leading or supporting planning teams
