This is a consultancy position with good opportunities for permanent hiring. 💼 Responsibilities

In the role of E-mail Marketing Specialist, you report to the Marketing Manager and are part of the marketing team in Stockholm, which currently consists of 7 people. You work closely with product owners for customer programs, as well as with sales, customer service, e-commerce, and IT. Your focus is on planning, producing, optimizing, and analyzing Snabbgross CRM and email communication.

Main responsibilities:

• Responsible for content, production, and dispatch of campaign emails, SMS, newsletters, and automated flows
• Create, optimize, and further develop customer journeys in marketing automation
• Ensure the right message, timing, and segmentation in dispatches
• Analyze results and translate insights into concrete improvements
• Drive the development of customer journeys together with product owners for customer programs
• Identify needs for new functionality in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and act as an orderer towards IT/customer programs
• Ensure structure, quality, and compliance in CRM work

🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Traits

• Post-secondary education in digital marketing, communication, economics, or equivalent
• At least one year of experience in email marketing and marketing automation
• Practical experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Strong analytical skills and habit of working in a data-driven manner
• Very good communication skills in Swedish and English
