About the company
BRIX Sweden works with modern facade solutions – a smarter way to build brick walls. The system enables thinner, faster, and more sustainable construction with a lower CO₂ footprint, adapted to today's requirements in the construction industry. The product is developed in Finland and combines traditional materials with modern technology.
BRIX has several products and customer segments, but in this role, the full focus is on facade systems that enable modular house factories to use brick facades.
Demand exists, and new markets need to be processed. That is why we are looking for you.
You work independently, with a small team in Finland and Sweden, with short paths to decision-making.
As an international sales representative, you will among other things:
- Identify and contact modular house factories in new markets
- Drive dialogue with technical decision-makers
- Calculate projects and develop solutions
- Drive business from first contact to closing
- Build long-term collaborations
- Travel internationally and be close to the market
- Work independently with sales strategy in close collaboration with the CEO
- You have support from technical support and the marketing department, which creates sales materials.
Requirements:
- Vocational upper secondary education in construction technology
- At least 5 years of relevant experience (construction, technical sales)
- Ability to calculate jobs and understand technical solutions
- Very good English
- Understand and speak Finnish
We are looking for someone who:
- Takes responsibility and drives business forward
- Is self-motivated and structured
- Is confident in technical discussions
- Is good at building new relationships
- Thrives working internationally and traveling
This is important because the role is about opening new markets and driving business from scratch.
Meritorious if you:
- Are a construction engineer
- Have experience in modular house production
- Have worked with international business
- Speak multiple languages

Location: Stockholm (travel is included in the position)
