Do you want to work with integrations that are actually noticeable in the operations – where it matters that everything flows as it should?

As an EDI Integration Developer, you will have a central role in connecting systems, customers, and partners, ensuring that data moves safely and efficiently through the entire chain. This is a role for you who likes to understand the big picture, dive into technical details, and at the same time help improve how everything fits together over time. As a consultant at Eccera, you get a secure employment and gather valuable work experience on assignments at our customers. Your consulting manager supports you in your development where you continuously fill up with new experiences and knowledge. An excellent opportunity to make a career.

Your responsibilities

You will work closely with both technology and operations in a role where stability, problem-solving, and improvement go hand in hand.

In practice, this means that you:

  • build and maintain integrations between internal systems and external parties
  • work with B2B integrations in an integration platform as well as file-based flows such as EDI, XML, JSON, and CSV
  • set up and develop EDI flows between business systems and customers/partners
  • work with EDIFACT messages related to orders and invoices (e.g., ORDERS, ORDRSP, INVOIC, INVRPT)
  • ensure that data flows correctly through mapping, transformation, and validation
  • troubleshoot incidents and drive the work all the way from analysis to solution and improvement
  • support in more complex cases as second- and third-line support
  • monitor integrations so that they maintain high performance and availability
  • contribute to architecture, working methods, and reusable solutions
  • document integrations and technical solutions in a clear manner
  • participate in testing and releases together with the team and operations
  • improve solutions through automation, optimization, and smarter working methods

Your profile

We believe that you thrive in a role where technology meets real operations, and where you get to take responsibility for things actually working – not just in theory, but in production.

You likely have:

  • a few years of experience (3–5+) working as an EDI developer, system developer, or similar
  • experience working with integrations in a production environment where stability and troubleshooting are important
  • good understanding of EDI and EDIFACT as well as file formats such as XML, JSON, and CSV
  • worked with order and invoice flows in an EDI context
  • experience with integration platforms or middleware
  • worked with data mapping, transformation, and system integration
  • knowledge in SQL and relational databases
  • experience with CI/CD, DevOps, or automated testing (meritorious)
  • preferably experience with APIs, cloud platforms, or similar (plus in the corner)
  • good knowledge of Swedish and English

And as a person, you are:

  • curious and like to understand how things fit together
  • secure in taking responsibility and driving problems all the way to solution
  • analytical, but at the same time practical
  • good at collaborating and communicating with different types of roles
  • structured when needed – but flexible when the situation requires it
  • fast at learning new things and getting into complex systems

We look forward to your application today!
