Professionals Nord is once again launching this successful program in collaboration with Satellite Group. This time with a new and exciting focus!

Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of HVAC technicians, and you can be one of them. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you will develop the skills required to quickly become confident and self-assured in the role of an HVAC technician. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Umia for at least 18 months. The goal is for your employment to transition to Bravida, provided all parties are satisfied with the collaboration.

Information about the introductory period

The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical parts are combined with practical exercises to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During this period, you will develop skills in areas such as:

• Materials and components
• Drawings and system understanding
• Assembly and installation
• Construction process, projects, and contracting
• Planning, working environment, and safety
• Digital tools and documentation

We offer the possibility of study support throughout the introductory period.

Pre-introduction: August 3 – 14, 2026

Introduction: August 17 – November 6, 2026 (details for the entire introductory period will be provided at the employment interview)

First day at Umia: November 9, 2026

Job Description

As an HVAC technician at Bravida in Örnsköldsvik, you will be part of a cohesive team and have the opportunity to work on many different types of assignments in both large and small projects. Your tasks will include, among other things, installation and assembly of ventilation systems, renovation, and maintenance of ventilation systems in various types of buildings and facilities.

You will work on projects for both the public and private sectors, such as new sports halls, police stations, and major industrial investments.

We are looking for someone who

• Is at least 18 years old
• Holds a Category B driver's license
• Speaks and writes fluently in Swedish and English
• Has a technical interest
• Has the motivation and desire to make a career change
• Has passed the required tests (MAP & Matrigma)

We believe that your personal qualities are crucial for how well you will thrive during the introduction and in the role as an HVAC technician at Bravida. We therefore believe that you are driven and outgoing, with a strong desire to deliver quality and keep the customer in focus. It is also important that you are problem-solving and want to develop your competence at work.

In the role of HVAC technician, you will become an important player at the workplace and have dialogue with colleagues, clients, and supervisors, which places high demands on communication and teamwork skills.
