About the Role

This is a consulting assignment with good opportunities for permanent hire. In this role, you will initially be employed by Bravura, and it is explicitly stated that ESD-Center intends to offer you employment with them in the future. This gives both you and ESD-Center a good opportunity to get to know each other and evaluate how you thrive in your collaboration.

Responsibilities

In the role of operational buyer, you are responsible for the purchasing process for the entire ESD assortment. You work with planning and follow-up to ensure an optimal inventory level and that the right products are available at the right time. The role involves daily contact with suppliers primarily located in Sweden and Europe, but also in other parts of the world. Your work also includes price negotiations to optimize costs and terms, as well as monitoring deliveries to ensure products arrive on time.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsibility for the purchasing process
• Responsibility for warehousing
• Order and delivery monitoring
• Price negotiation and claims handling
• Close internal collaboration with other departments

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• A couple of years of experience in an operational purchasing role with similar tasks
• Experience with supplier management as well as price and contract negotiations
• Good system proficiency and experience working in business systems
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

The following is also considered meritorious:

• Experience or knowledge of CSRD
• Interest or experience in system development, automation, and streamlining of working methods

You are meticulous, structured, and work proactively based on both long-term and short-term goals and schedules. As you are part of a smaller team, you are helpful as a person and always step up to support others, regardless of whether it is part of your job description or not.
