Responsibilities
The role consists of approximately 60–70% operational support, but with a greater focus on more complex cases and proactive improvement work.
- Handle escalations and heavier technical issues.
- Analyze recurring problems and suggest long-term solutions/efficiencies.
- Be responsible for specific specialist areas within the IT environment.
- Contribute to the development and optimization of the client's IT environment.
- Work closely with the Team Lead to ensure the ticket flow in Freshservice runs optimally.
- Mentor and support more junior colleagues in the team.
We are looking for someone who
- Has at least 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably from various types of companies and environments.
- Has a solid technical breadth within the Microsoft ecosystem.
- Has an eye for processes – you naturally see how things can be done better and smarter.
- Is self-driven and confident in prioritizing your own work without being "nagged".
- Fluently speaks and writes Swedish and English.
It is an advantage if you have
- Experience with macOS
