At WTB Control, you will become an important part of the quality organization and be responsible for ensuring our products meet global requirements within product compliance. Your daily tasks

As a Product Compliance Specialist, you are part of our quality organization and play a central role in ensuring that our products meet current regulations and customer requirements.

In your daily work, you will:

• Ensure compliance with regulations such as REACH, RoHS, and California Prop 65
• Work with and maintain product- and material-related documentation
• Be responsible for reporting on Conflict Minerals (CMRT/EMRT)
• Collect, review, and follow up on supplier declarations
• Ensure that material and substance data is correct in our systems
• Monitor changes in legislation and implement them in practice

You have daily contact with suppliers regarding material and compliance issues and collaborate closely with colleagues in R&D, purchasing, and quality to ensure that requirements are considered early in product development.

The role also involves responding to customer inquiries and surveys related to product compliance, as well as driving improvements when you identify deviations or development needs. You are an important representative for WTB Control in matters concerning product compliance.

Who are you

You have experience in product compliance or a similar field and thrive in a role where attention to detail and structure are crucial. You are comfortable handling multiple parallel tasks and find it easy to collaborate with different functions.

We believe you have:

• 3–6 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory requirements, or a related field
• Good knowledge of REACH, RoHS, Prop 65, and preferably Conflict Minerals
• Experience with supplier declarations and material data
• Relevant education in areas such as chemistry, environment, or engineering
• Experience working with system support such as PLM, ERP, or similar
• Good command of English, both spoken and written

Experience from the manufacturing industry, such as electronics or automotive, is considered an asset.

As a person, you are structured, analytical, and solution-oriented. You are clear in your communication and enjoy having many contact points, both internally and externally.
