Recruitment Group is seeking Danish-speaking Customer Service Representatives

We are currently looking for staff for the Danish customer service department of a multinational mobile telecommunications company. The company's Nordic office is located in Kista, north of Stockholm.

Job Description

Your main responsibilities will include handling inquiries regarding the company's mobile telecommunications offerings from customers via phone, chat, and email. You will also handle simpler administrative tasks.

You will undergo an introductory training program where you will receive training on the company's product range, the systems you will work with, and conversation techniques. This is to ensure you have the best possible conditions to deliver service at the highest level.

Qualities

We are looking for someone who is engaged, ambitious, and driven. You are a social person who always strives to go the extra mile to provide customers with a friendly reception and excellent service. We appreciate that you are detail-oriented and solution-focused.

Working in customer service can be hectic and the workload high during certain periods. Therefore, it is important that you have the ability to handle a high workload, stressful situations, and interactions with frustrated customers who may sometimes be unpleasant, without losing your own composure.

Skills and Qualifications

To fit this role, you need:

• The ability to communicate both orally and in writing in Danish.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Good computer skills.
• Basic understanding of mobile telecommunications.
• Flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset.

An interest in technology is advantageous, but the most important thing is that you enjoy delivering high-quality service and helping people find solutions to their problems.
