Senior Quality Engineer
We are now looking for a Senior Quality Engineer who wants to take on a key role at Gnutti Carlo Group. This role is about securing the highest quality and strong customer relationships within the automotive sector. This is a role for you if you want to work closely with both customers and operations and are motivated by seeing concrete results from your work.
Here, you will receive great trust, a clear mandate, and the opportunity to influence both operationally and strategically.
The Role in Brief
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you are the customer's obvious and secure contact for all operational quality issues. You have overall responsibility for quality performance towards one or several key customers and play a crucial role in strengthening both customer satisfaction and business.
You drive complaint handling and improvement work in close collaboration with internal functions, lead 8D processes, and coordinate cross-functional teams with a clear focus on results. Through structured approaches and business-minded decisions, you ensure that measures are not only implemented but sustained over time.
In this role, you demonstrate natural leadership, strong decision-making skills, and high integrity. You lead through competence, trust, and the ability to get things done.
Safety is a natural part of quality work here. In this role, you are expected to:
- Be a role model for a strong safety culture
- Apply the "stop work" principle when risks are identified
- Ensure that quality deviations are analyzed from a risk and product safety perspective
- Integrate safety into complaint handling, 8D work, and improvement initiatives
Your Background
Quality and customer focus are your strengths. You build trust through clear, professional, and proactive communication. In the event of delivery disruptions, you are the one who creates structure, pace, and security.
- You are experienced in handling customer complaints according to automotive standards and 8D methodology.
- You ensure responses and updates in customer portals within agreed timeframes.
- You are accustomed to reporting on various KPIs.
- You are comfortable using English in both speech and writing.
We believe that you:
- Have experience in quality work within the automotive industry.
