NRG is currently recruiting driven and social sales representatives for an exciting field sales assignment on behalf of our client.

About the Client Our client is one of Sweden's largest players in the gaming industry. They actively work towards a healthy and responsible gaming market and are a key industry partner with a clear focus on safety and security for players.

About the Assignment We are looking for several experienced and self-motivated salespeople for a retail project. The assignment involves visiting a large number of stores over a 4-week period.

During each store visit, you will:

• Book meetings
• Review visibility and quality in the store's display areas
• Document the visit through simple reports

You plan your own route and days, with working hours flexibly scheduled on weekdays between 09:00–17:00.

This is a recurring project where the scope may vary between approximately 5–12 hours per week, making it perfect for students or those with another part-time job who wish to build long-term experience in sales.

Your Profile

Experience:

• At least 2 years of sales experience
• Accustomed to working independently and with a results-oriented mindset
• Experience in retail, service, or events is a plus
• Valid B-driver's license and access to a car are mandatory

Personal Attributes:

• Outgoing, social, and able to build relationships easily
• Motivated by KPIs and clear goals
• Structured and skilled at planning your own time
• Interest in gaming and entertainment (interest in betting/gaming is a plus)
• Fluent in Swedish and English

Other Information We are looking for someone interested in a long-term collaboration, preferably in combination with studies (e.g., in sales/KAM) or other part-time work.

In this assignment, you will be employed by NRG Sweden AB but will carry out the assignment for our client. This is a flexible assignment that varies in scope depending on the number of visits required in your county.
