About the role
As an Acting Shift Leader, you report to the Store Manager, but you hold the ultimate responsibility for the store when the manager is not on site. Your responsibilities include personnel, hygiene, maintenance, ordering, budget, and results. You will be responsible for training and developing your team to deliver excellent customer service, high hygiene standards, and to achieve the store's sales and cost targets. Daily operations also include responsibility for the maintenance of all machines and equipment. The position is approximately 30 hours per week. The temporary contract runs until 2027-01-31.

We prefer that you have experience working in retail or café operations. We will base our assessment largely on your personal suitability for the role and expect you to have the willingness and ability to further develop within Yogiboost.
