You will work within our business area Hardware & Design, where we combine broad engineering competence with deep specialist knowledge and a user-centered approach – to develop physical products and digital experiences all the way from concept to mass production.

• You will work with mechanical design and product development

• Analyze and break down technical problems to find the best solutions together with your team

• Take responsibility in projects and share your knowledge, while independently taking charge of your own work

Qualifications We are looking for someone who thrives on grappling with tricky technical challenges and analyzing. You enjoy breaking down these challenges together with the team to reach the best solution. You are a person who enjoys sharing your knowledge while independently driving your own work forward. In addition to your personal qualities, you must have the following:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Product Development

• At least 3 years of experience working as a Mechanical Designer, within design and product development

• Good knowledge of CAD and PDM systems

• Fluent communication in Swedish and English

• Experience with security-classified projects (meritorious) – and are willing to undergo security clearance if necessary.

Practical Information This is a permanent position, located in our new, fresh office in central Borlänge, Målaregatan 10. Travel to our customers may occur as part of the role. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
