In this role, you will become a central part of our small team and work closely with both customers and colleagues. You are responsible for creating smooth workflows from order to delivery, while building relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Here, you combine inside sales, customer service, and administration in a daily routine that is both dynamic and developmental. Occasionally, you also support the warehouse, which gives you a good overall understanding of the operations.

The position is full-time and based at our office. Occasionally, there may be a need for individual customer visits and trade shows. Our customers are primarily resellers within the office and IT industry, and they are accustomed to fast, personal, and solution-oriented service – something we are proud to deliver.

In your daily work, you contact customers via phone and email, follow up on orders, answer questions regarding products and deliveries, and handle complaints. You also work with proactive sales to both existing and new customers through various channels, identify upselling opportunities, and contribute to developing our business. Administration, follow-up, and simpler analyses in Excel are a natural part of the role, as is working with customer data and mailings.

To thrive with us, you have previous experience in sales and customer service, and you are comfortable using business systems and Excel. You express yourself effortlessly in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and enjoy switching between operational tasks and more business-driven initiatives.

As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and have a genuine interest in customers and relationships. You take responsibility for your work, drive things forward, and have an easy time seeing what needs to be done. Structure comes naturally to you, while you are flexible and can handle multiple tasks in parallel without losing focus. You contribute positive energy to the group and appreciate a workplace where people support each other and laughter is close at hand.

The position is located on-site with us.
