We at Länsförsäkringar Värmland are now looking for an inside sales representative within agricultural insurance who wants to contribute to a safer Värmland. We are now looking for an advisor tasked with taking care of new and existing customers, primarily via telephone and digital channels.

About the role
We are now strengthening the team working with agricultural insurance in anticipation of the upcoming generational shift. You will primarily be in contact with new and existing agricultural customers via telephone or digital channels from our office in Karlstad.

In the role of inside sales representative for agricultural insurance, you will handle incoming calls and digital communication with our agricultural customers. You will also be responsible for contacting both existing and new customers to offer new insurance solutions, as well as broadening the engagement of existing customers and ensuring they are correctly insured. You work independently and have your own sales budget. Our ambition is to offer customers holistic solutions within all our areas – banking, pension, and insurance – therefore, you work daily with colleagues from other parts of the company.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who have interest, knowledge, and experience within agriculture and green industries. We believe you have several years of experience from sales, and experience within insurance is particularly advantageous.

You have the ability to listen to, understand, and immerse yourself in the customer's needs and situation. Personal qualities that would be useful are being goal-oriented and motivated by creating good results. You have strong self-drive, take initiative, and gladly accept new challenges. You like to be involved and influence. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

It is important that you are flexible and open to new ways of working as you will be a key player in shaping the future ways of working within agricultural insurance here at Länsförsäkringar Värmland. You combine your own drive with being a team player who sees the big picture and works closely together with colleagues within banking and pension to achieve success together.

You have at least a high school education, and post-secondary education is advantageous for this position. If you are educated as an agronomist or farm manager, have experience within agriculture, and hold relevant insurance experience, it is particularly advantageous.
