About Nämndemansgården

As Sweden's leading company in addiction issues, we work to reduce the consequences of harmful use and addiction to alcohol, drugs, or gambling – in society, in working life, and among individuals. Our belief is that all people, with the help of counseling, education, or treatment, can find solutions to addiction-related problems.

We have nearly 40 years of experience in helping individuals find their way to a sober and sustainable life. Our treatment is based on evidence-based methods, individual adaptation, and a holistic perspective where we see the person behind the addiction.

We offer treatment both in inpatient care and outpatient care, as well as targeted interventions for employers, social services, and private individuals. Our treatment homes are located in several places in Sweden, and we always work with a combination of medical, psychological, and social treatment to give our clients the best conditions for long-term change.

  • A place in Nämndemansgårdens management group – a supportive, experienced, and genuine collegial leadership group
  • An engaged team with high competence and a culture characterized by trust, collaboration, and psychological safety
