Our client is looking for a team player with a technical interest to join their team! You will play a key role in logistics, receiving, and functional control of machinery. This is a perfect role for you if you have your own drive and want to ensure that materials are always ready for rental.

About the role

The role aims to efficiently handle incoming and outgoing deliveries while ensuring the functionality of rental materials. You will work closely with your team at the customer center and contribute to a safe and pleasant work environment.

Responsibilities

With a central role in the logistics flow, you are responsible for receiving and functional control to ensure that machines are always ready for rental. You manage administrative tasks in an internal system, handle deliveries, and actively participate in the customer center's inventories. The role requires precision in both physical handling and documentation to support the daily operations of the business.

Examples of tasks:

• Responsible for receiving, unloading, picking, and loading machines and rental materials.
• Perform technical checks and basic support to ensure equipment is in top condition.
• Wash and clean machines after rental so they are ready for the next customer.
• Conduct receiving inspections and document any damage or repair needs.
• Register activities, update status, and confirm orders in the business system.
• Inventory at the customer center.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the customer center manager to support operations.

We are looking for someone who

• Has good social skills and the ability to collaborate in a team
• Can take initiative and drive work forward
• Has technical knowledge about machines and rental materials
• Has good skills in using IT tools
• Has a strong focus on safety
• Is customer-oriented and proactive
• Has basic knowledge of English
• Has a B-class driver's license

It is an advantage if you have

• Forklift license
• Experience with logistics business systems
• Relevant HSEQ knowledge and certificates
