About Kry's Healthcare Center Älta

Hello! My name is Emelie Eisner and I have been the operations manager here at the healthcare center for four years. Together with the deputy operations manager and the medical advisory physician, we have created a workplace over the past year where development and learning are given a strong focus. We are a team of about 30 people where it is just as natural to ask for help as it is to contribute ideas. We get along very well and enjoy our work. In Älta, we also have home care with around 80 registered patients and a Child Health Center (BVC) with approximately 700 registered children.

About the role

In the role of Specialist Trainee Physician (ST-läkare) at Kry, you will have varied tasks where you get the opportunity to meet and advise many different patients. You will contribute to developing and changing primary care, where your ideas create value for the business and Kry's work to improve primary care. Examples of tasks include doctor's office visits, placement at the Child Health Center (BVC), home care, and supervision of AT (Basic Training) and BT (Basic Training) physicians. The healthcare center has the privilege of having several ST physicians and aims to be at the forefront regarding supervision. You will have the opportunity, together with other employees, to develop the operations and participate in improvement and quality work.
