Your role

As an Industrial Technician, you will work with the repair and new installation of pipelines for water, compressed air, bulk material lines, and valves, as well as the prefabrication of pipe parts and bends. In addition, you will register work orders and fault reports in the business system IFS. You will primarily work in the concentrator plant and the sinter plant, but also in other facilities on the industrial site, which means you need to be flexible. The work group consists of a total of 6 industrial technicians, but you will work in teams of two. You will also collaborate with our planner who coordinates tasks to you and your colleagues.

What you bring with you

We see you as a solution-oriented person who takes high responsibility for your work and ensures that your tasks are carried out with quality and on time. You collaborate well with others, take initiative, and drive your work forward.

You also have:

• A 3-year upper secondary education in plumbing and HVAC or equivalent
• Category B driver's license for manual transmission
• Previous experience with stick welding (MMA)
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious qualifications

• Approved welding test
• Previous experience working with stainless steel pipes
• Previous experience with TIG and MIG welding
• Computer literacy
• Previous experience with pneumatics (valves and compressed air)
