We are now looking for you who have a technical interest and want to work practically with installation, assembly, and commissioning in an exciting and high-tech environment.

About the role

As a Commissioning Technician/Assembler, you work with the installation, assembly, and commissioning of technical equipment and support systems related to operations within the Swedish Armed Forces. The work is varied and includes both practical and technical tasks where, together with the team, you ensure that equipment is installed and functions correctly.

You will mainly work with:

• Cabling and connection of technical equipment
• Assembly and installation of systems and components
• Troubleshooting and basic technical maintenance
• Installation and startup of PC-based support systems
• Testing and control of equipment

Since the work involves collaboration with both Swedish and international colleagues, it is important that you thrive in an environment with many points of contact. Travel for work may occur. The position is located in Boden.

About you

We are looking for someone who enjoys practical work and has a strong technical interest. You like to work hands-on with installation, assembly, and technology and thrive in a role where days can vary.

We believe that you:

• Have education from the Electrical and Energy program, the Engineering program, IT, or similar
• Are hands-on and enjoy assembly and installation
• Have good IT skills and computer proficiency
• Are responsible, detail-oriented, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Are flexible and enjoy learning new things

Formal requirements

• Secondary education, preferably in electrical and energy, engineering, or IT
• Work experience as a technician or assembler
• Basic knowledge of computers and networks
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Swedish citizenship
• Clean background check
