CNC Teacher Wanted! Do you want to share your professional knowledge and help others take the step into the industry? We are looking for an engaged CNC teacher for our labor market training in industry with a focus on CNC in Luleå. This is a training program that meets a growing competence need in the industry. You will become an important part of a training team that together supports participants on their path to employment in the industry. Your focus lies in providing individual and integrated support to participants.

About the position
The training is conducted in collaboration with the Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) and is aimed at job seekers looking for a new future in the industrial sector, specifically CNC. The goal is to provide participants with knowledge that meets the industry's qualification requirements and increase their chances of finding a job in a profession with high demand.

As a trainer, you play a key role in:

• Planning and conducting teaching in both theory and practice.
• Strengthening participants' awareness of working environment and safety.
• Preparing participants for validation according to SKTC.

Your responsibilities

• Provide adapted pedagogical support to participants.
• Work integrated in the teaching together with other vocational teachers and coordinators.
• Contribute to an inclusive and accessible learning environment.
• Collaborate with other staff in planning and monitoring participants' development.
• Support participants in their language and study skills within the vocational training.

We are looking for someone who has

• At least 1 year of experience in the industrial sector or equivalent education in the field.
• Pedagogical ability and experience in supporting individuals in learning situations.
• Experience working with people with limited Swedish skills or low study habits.
• Good Swedish language skills (spoken and written).
• Good digital competence.

Meritorious

• Certification via SKTC.
• Experience from adult education, labor market training, or similar roles.
• Multilingualism or experience working with language-developing approaches in education.

The position is located in Luleå.

Employment type
Permanent position with an initial six-month probationary period. Start date is by agreement.
