Aimpoint AB was the pioneer behind the very first red dot sight – a groundbreaking invention that has made the company a global leader in its field. All of Aimpoint's production takes place within Sweden's borders at their two production facilities in Malmö and Gällivare, with their headquarters in Malmö.

Aimpoint is growing and we are now looking for more dedicated and skilled assemblers. The tasks consist of assembling the sight where the work takes place at different stations and with different moments. The tasks require precision and great accuracy. It is a job performed with high quality at an efficient pace. As part of the recruitment process, you as a candidate will get to test assemble and undergo a thorough background check.

The positions are full-time and you will initially be employed by StudentConsulting and work as a consultant at Aimpoint. There are good opportunities to be taken over and directly employed by our client after the initial consulting assignment. We are looking for you who see the position long-term.

The working hours are divided into two shifts, alternating weeks Monday-Friday: 05:30–14:00 and Monday-Thursday: 14:00–23:30.
