Your Responsibilities

Your Role as an Assembler

As an assembler here, you become a key player in our production. You work with the assembly of optical and electronic components in an environment where every detail counts. You will help build products used in extreme conditions – products that must never fail.

You will:

• Assemble high-tech sights with precision
• Perform quality control and document work processes
• Collaborate with an engaged team passionate about technology and craftsmanship
• Be part of a company where innovation and sustainability go hand in hand

Your Profile

• You preferably have experience in assembly, fine mechanics, or electronics. You are responsible and have an eye for detail. It is important that you thrive in a team where we work together to achieve our goals.
• Having structure, being practical, and enjoying working with your hands is a great advantage for this role.
