About the role
We are now looking for a CNC Operator for our client in Piteå, starting this autumn. If this sounds interesting, don't hesitate to apply today!

At our client's site in Öjebyn, you will collaborate with your colleagues in production, where precision, responsibility, and a strong sense of quality are crucial. Your tasks include setting up, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting machines, as well as ensuring product quality by identifying and correcting any deviations. Operating overhead cranes is also part of the job.

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment with a 6-month probationary period, with the possibility of a permanent contract for the right candidate. Working hours are shift-based, primarily 3-shift, 4-shift, or 5-shift patterns. Daytime shifts may also occur during the training period.

About you
We are looking for someone who is responsible, quality-conscious, and has a genuine interest in the industry. You thrive working towards common goals but also have the ability to take initiative and drive your work forward with structure and precision. Good teamwork skills and communication abilities are highly valued, as is your willingness to develop and learn new things.

Previous experience in cutting, welding, or turning is viewed very positively. It is also a merit if you already hold an overhead crane license, forklift license, and SSG (Safety, Security, and Environment) certificate.

Qualifications:

• Experience working in production/industry.
• Good teamwork skills and safety awareness.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Education in CNC or a similar field, or equivalent work experience.
