Therefore, we have developed the world's first fossil-free process for steel production, and by around 2030, we will be largely fossil-free. As part of SSAB, you will play a key role in achieving this goal and thus contribute to the green transition of the entire steel industry.

Your Responsibilities

At SSAB, you will become an important part of a team where work enjoyment, collaboration, and safety are always in focus. Together, we are responsible for delivering world-class steel. We are primarily looking for process operators for our production departments, but also mechanics, electricians, and vehicle drivers. Regardless of the role, you will receive a thorough introduction and training so that you feel secure and can do a really good job. Here, you will have the chance to develop and broaden your knowledge in exciting areas, as well as the opportunity to make a difference in our transition to fossil-free steel production in an inclusive workplace where we value community and engagement.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is curious and driven to learn new things. You have a high focus on safety and care about both your own and others' safety. Furthermore, we believe you enjoy working in teams where you contribute to a positive work climate and lead by example. In addition, you view improvements positively and contribute to achieving results. You have passing grades in core subjects (Swedish, Mathematics, and English) at the upper secondary level or equivalent. A Category B driving license is also a requirement. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. Previous industrial experience is meritorious but not a requirement.
