About the role

As a machine operator, you will monitor and control the production of sandwich panels, roofing sheets, and fittings, operate forklifts, perform basic maintenance, and ensure quality in production.

About you

Formal qualifications

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with digital systems for reporting and documentation and thrives in a structured production environment. You have a good understanding of industrial safety routines, can follow instructions, and work meticulously to ensure high quality in the manufacturing process. You must be able to work in a two-shift system and have good command of Swedish, both spoken and written.

Preferred qualifications

A forklift certification is an advantage, though not a requirement. Previous experience in industry or production, preferably as a machine operator or in a similar role, is also considered a great asset. Experience with crane operation is desirable, as is familiarity with working with steel, thin sheet metal, or other construction-related products. Previous work in quality-controlled processes and experience from manufacturing sandwich panels, roofing sheets, or similar components are also considered advantageous.
