About the role We are currently seeking machine operators for ongoing and upcoming assignments with our client in Piteå.

As a consultant working with our client, you will have varied working days with different tasks depending on the department. What all roles have in common is that precision, responsibility, and a strong sense of quality are crucial. Duties may include setting up, monitoring, maintaining, and troubleshooting production equipment, as well as ensuring product quality by identifying and correcting any deviations. Operating overhead cranes is also part of the job.

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment with a 6-month probationary period, but with the possibility of permanent employment for the right person. Working hours are scheduled on a shift basis. Common shift patterns include 3-shift, 4-shift, and 5-shift systems. Daytime shifts may also occur, for example, during the training period.

About you We are looking for someone who is responsible, quality-conscious, and has a genuine interest in the industry. You thrive when working towards common goals, but also have the ability to take initiative and drive your work forward with structure and precision. Good teamwork skills and communication abilities are highly valued, as is your willingness to develop and learn new things. Additionally, you must have a good command of Swedish in both speech and writing.

Personal suitability weighs heavily, but we view the following positively:

• Experience working in production or industry.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
• Forklift and/or overhead crane license.
• Education/experience in electrical work, trades, CNC, welding, or similar fields.
