About the role

As a machine operator for our client, you will play a key role in production! Your job will be to handle and monitor the machines, ensure they are in excellent condition, and guarantee smooth production. You will work within established timeframes, meet quality requirements, and safety is the highest priority. You will be responsible for ensuring the machines operate optimally and that production runs without issues.

The position involves working on a 5-shift schedule, meaning varying working hours throughout all hours of the day, including weekends.

Formal qualifications

• Completed upper secondary education
• Category B driver's license
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious qualifications

• Upper secondary or post-secondary education with a focus on industry, technology, or production.
• Previous experience within the industry
• Crane operation experience
• Forklift license

To succeed in this role, it is important to be structured, take personal responsibility, follow given instructions, and have good collaboration skills.
