At Länsförsäkringar Värmland, we are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative within agricultural insurance who wants to contribute to a safer Värmland. We are now looking for an advisor tasked with taking care of new and existing customers, primarily via phone and digital channels.

About the role
We are currently strengthening the team working with agricultural insurance in preparation for the upcoming generational shift. You will primarily contact new and existing agricultural customers via phone or digital channels from our office in Karlstad. As an Inside Sales Representative for agricultural insurance, you will handle incoming calls and digital communication with our agricultural customers. You are also responsible for contacting both existing and new customers to offer new insurance solutions, broaden the engagement of existing customers, and ensure they are correctly insured. You work independently and have your own sales budget. Our ambition is to offer customers holistic solutions across all our areas – banking, pension, and insurance – which is why you work daily with colleagues from other parts of the company.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with interest, knowledge, and experience in agriculture and green industries. We believe you have several years of sales experience, and experience within insurance is a significant plus.

You have the ability to listen to, understand, and immerse yourself in the customer's needs and situation. Personal traits that would be beneficial include being goal-oriented and motivated by creating good results. You have strong self-drive, take initiative, and are eager to accept new challenges. You enjoy having an impact. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities.

It is important that you are flexible and open to new ways of working, as you will be a key player in shaping the future way of working within agricultural insurance at Länsförsäkringar Värmland. You combine your own drive with being a team player who sees the big picture and works closely with colleagues in banking and pension to achieve success together.

You have at least a high school education, and post-secondary education is a plus for this position. If you are educated as an agronomist or farm manager, have experience in agriculture, and hold relevant insurance experience, this is a significant advantage.
