What you will do with us

Work closely with our customers You work largely on-site at the customer's location and get the opportunity to step into different environments, industries, and projects. Perfect for you who enjoy variety and want to broaden your competence.

Design work in all stages With us, a working day can involve, for example:

• creating designs from scratch
• developing and improving existing components
• working with requirement management and technical documentation
• preparing quotations and supporting procurement
• acting as Technical Lead or Team Leader
• and much more.

Collaborate across technical boundaries You will have close internal collaboration with electrical designers, automation engineers, and calculation specialists, where we together create smart holistic solutions – from simpler fixtures to advanced special machines based on customer needs.

Build relationships and understand customer needs The role includes customer contact, where your attentiveness and communication skills help shape clear, accurate, and sustainable solutions.

Have several years of experience in mechanical design …and thrive with taking overall responsibility – from idea to reality.

See the whole picture between product development, usage, and production You understand how small decisions can have a big impact on function, manufacturing, and the end customer's experience.

Create clear manufacturing documentation You can create 3D models, drawings, and BOM lists that are easy to understand and simple to work further with.

Are confident in several CAD programs and PDM systems You like to stay updated and are happy to test new tools when it strengthens your work.

Have merit-worthy skills Experience with technical calculations (FEM), machine safety, and CE marking is a big plus – but not a requirement.

Have an engineering degree or equivalent experience What is important to us is your competence, your engagement, and your willingness to develop.

Communicate fluently in Swedish and English And if you also have experience as a design leader or project manager, that is something we view very positively.
