Short info about the role

In this role, you will be part of a project team and will primarily work with renovation, conversion, and energy projects in Malmö/Göteborg. The areas included in the regions are: Malmö, Karlskrona, Kristianstad, Växjö, Gothenburg, Borås, Markaryd, and Landskrona. You will base yourself at one of our offices within the regions, but travel to all areas within the regions is part of the job.

To be considered for the position, the following qualifications must be met:

• Post-secondary education in construction technology, or equivalent work experience as we assess it.
• Work experience in roles such as site supervisor, contracting engineer, construction project manager, site manager, or similar.
• Fluent communication in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).

It is meritorious if you have training in AFS 2023:3 and if you have previously led energy projects, preferably on a larger scale.
