What will you do as a Service Technician?

Our customers build all sorts of things with our machines. Sometimes they return them whole, sometimes not. What they always need, however, is care and attention. Your main area of responsibility is the returns department, where you receive, assess the condition of the machines, and perform washing, servicing, and minor repairs. You also help with depot work and support other functions, such as rental staff, assembly, and distributors. We help each other, because building is a team sport.

At Renta in Kumla, you work in a driven, problem-solving, and varied work environment. We rely entirely on individual responsibility, which in turn creates the team's collective strength and speed. As a Service Technician, you will be a valuable resource in our team, collaborating closely with the depot manager, order and transport staff, inside sales, and of course, the workshop and returns colleagues.

Our requirements for you:

• You have broad technical knowledge and a clear interest in construction. A workshop background in construction and earthmoving machinery is a merit.
• You are driven to create satisfied customers through high engagement and attention to detail.
• You are flexible and appreciate variety in daily life.
• A category B driver's license is required; BE or B96 and forklift license are merits.
• You are computer literate, as all order, return, and document handling takes place in our administrative system.
• You are a problem solver with good initiative who goes the extra mile.

Duration & Salary
