We carry out infrastructure and construction projects in the districts around Luleå, Boden, and Kalix. We are looking for a Production Manager who wants to lead our team, create quality, and deliver successful projects. A key player in our ground and construction projects

As Production Manager at Skanska, you lead ground and construction projects with a focus on sustainability, safety, and profitability. You are responsible for planning, production, and economic control, and ensure that workplace and safety routines are followed. The role also involves ensuring good communication within the project, where leadership is a central part.

A secure and solution-oriented leader

We are looking for you who have leadership experience and are motivated by developing new projects and challenges. To be successful in this role, you need previous experience from ground and construction projects. As a person, we want you to be curious, relationship-building, and thrive in a daily life where a large part consists of solution-oriented thinking. You have a close and secure leadership style and stand firm in both good and bad times.

For this role, you need:

• Education in construction and civil engineering, or equivalent knowledge through work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in ground and construction projects.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Knowledge and experience of working with digital tools in projects.
• Knowledge of AMA / MER construction standards.
• Category B driver's license.
• Merits: Concrete Class 1 or 2, and experience working in collaborative projects.
