Do you want to become a key player in one of Europe's leading companies within recycling, environment, and circular economy? REMONDIS is now looking for an experienced and business-driven Key Account Manager who wants to help develop our largest customers while contributing to a more sustainable society.

About the Role

As a Key Account Manager with us, you are offered a key role in a growing organization with significant impact on the business. You will have overall responsibility for a comprehensive and strategically important customer portfolio featuring some of Sweden's most interesting industrial customers. Your focus will be on developing existing business as well as actively identifying and winning new business, where you drive complex deals and build long-term relationships at the decision-maker level.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Responsible for and develop a significant national customer portfolio.
  • Drive both national and strategic sales projects.
  • Actively work on new customer acquisition and expand the portfolio.
  • Conduct needs analyses, develop customer-specific solutions, and create profitability calculations.
  • Create and maintain good relationships with your customers and partners.
  • Negotiate agreements, write offers, and follow up on agreements locally together with the sales organization.
  • Collaborate with REMONDIS group sister companies to utilize existing national customer relationships.
  • Represent REMONDIS as an ambassador and ensure our values are upheld.

Who We Are Looking For

To thrive in this role, we believe you have experience in similar work, such as Key Account Manager, business developer, or strategic salesperson with responsibility for larger customers. You are confident in dialogue with decision-makers and have a structured and business-minded approach to work.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in KAM/strategic sales.
  • Experience selling to industrial customers, with an understanding of their operations and business needs, preferably within recycling, logistics, or similar service areas.
  • Documented experience working with larger customers and complex contracts.
  • Experience in project management in customer- or business-oriented roles.
  • Goal-driven and results-oriented, with the ability to consistently deliver against our goals.
  • Relationship-building, empathetic, and accustomed to long-term work.
  • Analytical, with an understanding of business calculations and the ability to ensure profitability in your contracts.
  • Self-starting and able to drive sales towards clear goals.
  • Thrives in a role where strategy meets operational work.
  • Hold a valid driver's license (Category B) and have good computer skills.

Since you work closely with our customers, the role involves a fair amount of travel around Sweden. We are open to discussion regarding your location; Stockholm, Gothenburg, or Jönköping are possible bases, but other locations where we have offices may also work for the right person.
